Our comprehensive care services cover the elderly, convalescing patients, stroke patients (hemiplegia and paralysis), patients requiring tube feeding, bedridden patients with pressure sores, psychiatric patients, those with memory loss, and patients with tracheostomies.

Duties and Scope of Care for the Elderly and Patients:

• Personal hygiene and health education
• Mealtime assistance and nutritional care
• Appropriate physical therapy care
• Group therapy activities supervised by social workers
• Guided exercise suitable for individual elderly needs
• Support participation and encourage group activities
• Consultation and behavioral adjustment services by social workers
• Appropriate nursing care such as chest physiotherapy, suctioning, urinary catheter changes, feeding tube changes, and wound care

Home Care Services by Professional Nurses (24 hours):

• Naso-gastric (NG TUBE) feeding tube changes for clients unable to eat independently
• Home urinary catheter (Foley's Catheter) changes for patients unable to urinate independently
• General wound care for conditions like pressure sores, diabetic wounds, and accidental injuries, to prevent infection
• Blood drawing for laboratory tests as per doctor's treatment plan, for cases where patients cannot be transported to the hospital
